Claims Policy

We understand the necessity to provide our clients with assistance throughout the claims process. Sometimes that can be lengthy and painful. Our staff are here to support you from the time we send the claim form out to you through to the final resolution of the claim.

Our staff work closely with the insurers claims team, assessors, loss adjustors and repairers and will keep you informed of the process. Our claims process is simple and easy to follow.

  • You can notify us that you have a claim via telephone, fax, email or post

As soon as our office is notified of your claim we will ;

  • Send the relevant claim form out to you for you to complete and return to us 
  • Advise you of what documentation is required to support your claim
  • Submit you claim form to the insurer on your behalf
  • Advise you of appointments with assessors, loss adjusters and / or repairers
  • Work with your Insurance Company to resolve your claim
  • Constantly keep you informed on the status of your claim until your claim is finalised
